Living in Los Prados, Jody and Ron knew how to get the word out and valid buyers in to see the property. They communicated regularly and often about who was coming in to see the house, when, and what they thought.

And once we had a bid, they offered good advice on our options and their assessment of the potential buyer and their agent.

As this was a relocation out of state, selling the property quickly -- but at a fair price -- was important.  We took this into account and were able to sell and actually move on more quickly than expected.

Thanks so much for all the help you have given Jackie and myself in the listing and purchasing of three homes in Los Prados.  We have seen some good markets and some bad markets but you were able to keep everything together and made the whole process worth it.

In our latest real estate transaction.  The paperwork jungle for this purchase of a rental property through a "self directed IRA" has been a test, but I think it is going to be an excellent investment with a tax free return.

We moved from Las Vegas to Reno at the beginning of the downturn in the housing market.  We had the house listed for one year, but did not receive any offers as the price was lowered.

Last May, I returned to Los Prados to check on the house and repair a broken gas line.  During that visit I decided I was going to sell the house before returning to Reno.  I visited with several real estate agents and found ‘Bond Team’, Ron and Jody Bond, to have the greatest enthusiasm in trying to obtain our asking price in a short period of time.  They were able to place the property under contract within 10 days.

 

Although we were penalized by the housing market, we were extremely satisfied with the professional service we received from the Bonds.  We have no hesitation in recommending Ron and Jody to anyone wanting to either sell or purchase a home in Las Vegas.
