Ron

Ron is originally from Oregon... born in Hillsboro... where Nike is now...  left Oregon in 1968 and moved to Northern California.  Spent nearly 20 years there, including 2 years in the military...  it was Viet Nam lottery time... he was a loser!!  Was first licensed to sell real estate in Calfornia in 1975...  Was motivated by his Real Estate Broker Mother and Banker Father....  Any guess what the talk around the dining room table was about when he was young?  Became a licensed Broker in 1977.

Ron relocated to Las Vegas in 1989.  He met Jody at the Los Prados golf course on the First Tee in 1994.  They were each playing with a friend and the starter put them together.  The Bond Team was born that day.  We continue to be avid golfers...  everyone needs a passion.  Maybe even more than one? 

Ron owned a home and was living in El Dorado Estates (Ann Road and east of Camino del Norte) and Jody owned a home and was living in Palomino Estates (just east of Rancho Alta Mira).  

We were married February 25, 2000.

Ron is an avid baseball fan and regularly attends Las Vegas 51's games.  Any time he's in a big league city.... he's going to a baseball game.  Had the honor of attending a Red Sox vs. Yankee game at the stadium the last year "The House That Ruth Built" was open. 

Ron & Jody were in San Francisco this Labor Day... a day game....  San Francisco with blue sky?  Sun off the water with no clouds?  Got my worst sunburn in years!

Jody and Ron were also there opening season at AT&T (formerly PacBell) and saw Barry Bonds "splash" one in the Bay!

So, we have lives...  just like you do.  This isn't just business to us.  We want to enhance and enrich our lives by being a part of yours.  We have a story...  and, so do you.  We love stories.

Jody 

Jody is originally from Northern California.  Born in Castro Valley.  She has 2 sisters and 3 brothers.

They were all raised in the Fremont/Newark area.  All five of her siblings still live in Northern California. 

Jody moved to Las Vegas in 1980 - nearly 30 years ago now.  Although it has been exciting to watch it grow into the city it has become...  I do miss being able to get anywhere in town in under 20 minutes.  It was quite different back then.  

I love to play golf and be outdoors.  Ron & I have a very competitve nature and we enjoy our time chasing the little white ball.

Photography is another one of my great passions as you'll be able to see it in our listing photos.  I enjoy landscapes and the great outdoors with sunsets and oceans being my favorite subjects.  I sometimes shoot weddings and special occasions.

I have been in the real estate business for about 7 years now and I really enjoy finding our clients the perfect home.  I make sure the new home fits perfectly for our clients.  It's not just about the paycheck.  If we take pride in the trust our clients have in our integrity....  the paycheck will come. 

We do like to take an annual winter vacation as we both snow ski.  We're not as passionate about it as we once were, but have both skied for more than 30 years and go now mostly for the spectacular views.  Incline Village in Lake Tahoe being one of our favorites.  Jody with our niece, Leslie, at Diamond Peak Ski Resort, Incline Village, Nevada.  Lake Tahoe in the background.
